1. Scope of our services

ChepeXplora.com coordinates travel packages, private tours, ground transfers and lodging complementary to the Chepe Express journey. We do not sell official train tickets; we act as advisors and logistics coordinators.

All providers (hotels, transportation companies, guides, restaurants) are carefully vetted yet operate independently.

2. Bookings, payments and confirmations

To secure availability we require a 30% deposit when confirming your itinerary. The remaining balance is due no later than 21 days prior to the start of the trip.

We accept PayPal (credit and debit cards) and domestic bank transfers. Written confirmations are sent via email with your booking reference.

• Reservations made within 15 days of travel require 100% payment.
• Prices are listed in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT.
• Rates may be adjusted if third-party suppliers change their prices before final payment.

3. Changes, cancellations and refunds

You may request date or service changes up to 15 days before departure. We will make every effort to adjust your itinerary without penalties, subject to supplier availability.

Cancellation policies:

• More than 30 days prior: 90% refund of the amount paid.
• Between 15 and 29 days: 60% refund of the amount paid.
• Less than 14 days: non-refundable; partial credit may be issued for a new trip within 12 months.

4. Responsibilities and limitations

ChepeXplora.com is not liable for changes to official Chepe Express schedules, road closures, adverse weather or force majeure events.

Travelers are responsible for holding valid identification, travel insurance and notifying any special medical requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse services to individuals who disregard safety guidelines or disrespect fellow travelers and local communities.

5. Intellectual property & site usage

All copy, imagery and downloadable materials on ChepeXplora.com belong to the agency or their original authors. Reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

You may share reference itineraries for informational purposes, provided the source is credited and there is no commercial use without prior agreement.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be settled in the competent courts of the state of Chihuahua.
